Alcohol and Drug Withdrawal Symptoms

The fear of withdrawal symptoms can often stop someone entering into treatment. Images of cold turkey are commonly associated with heroin withdrawal symptoms, the dt’s associated with alcohol withdrawal and so on. With a medically supervised detox the majority of these symptoms are drastically minimalised if not eradicated completely.

We would like to hear from people that have embarked on a medically supervised detox. We would like to know:
